Did you arrive to class on time?
Are you present every class other than emergency situations or illness?
Are you prepared for the lesson with a charged laptop and latex-free gloves?
Did you check the front board for the instructions on what to do upon entering the room?
Do you know which lesson we are covering today?
Do you know if there is a quiz or assessment today?
Do you know if there is anything due today?
Did you go to the website to preview the lesson before the lesson started?
Did you greet the people next to you respectfully after preparing for the lesson?


DURING THE LESSON

How many times did you take a break?  (Ex: check phone for social media/texting, go to bathroom, lay head down, listen to music, off-task or refocus)
Are you focused throughout the whole lesson?
Are you following expectations during the lesson to not interrupt the lesson, distract others or distract yourself?
Did you follow along with the slides with your own notes?
Did you ask a question if you were ever confused or unclear?
Did you participate in and complete all activities, exercises, or questions during the lesson?
Did you participate in all Turn-N-Talks with a partner when required?
Did you listen carefully or share-out during whole class discussions?
Do you understand your own notes?
Did you reread the lesson/activity/lab and ask friends for help around you before asking Ms. Bailey?
If you finished early, did you go straight to working on the Library Research Project, Group Project or reviewing for the next quiz or assessment?


DURING INDEPENDENT OR GROUP WORK

Are you prepared for applying your learning or going deeper into the lesson learning by working independently or as a group for an activity, assignment or lab?  
How many times did you take a break?  (Ex: check phone for social media/texting, go to bathroom, lay head down, listen to music, off-task or refocus)
Did you read (and re-read) the instructions very carefully before attempting the task?
Did you complete the work?
Did you understand the work you just completed?
Did you meet the objective of the lesson?
Have you treated all students and Ms. Bailey with respect?


Have you checked Aeries to monitor your grade?
Have you attended Support for help or conferencing?
If you are going to be absent, did you complete the lesson for the day you are absent, then share any work required with Ms. Bailey before grading is completed?
If you have any unfinished work, did you complete it independently at home before the next lesson?
When is the next quiz or assessment?
Have you started studying for the next quiz or assessment?
When is the next project due?
Are you studying effectively to reach your goal or scoring on a quiz, assessment, project or overall in class?
If you did poorly on an assessment or quiz, do you know specifically which areas of the quiz or assessment that you need to review or get help with?
If your grade is at risk of failing, are you taking advantage of the extra credit available?
